About me
Having worked in this industry for over ten years, Kadir Songur has become an expert of Lean and gathered unique competence . He focuses on process analysis and implementing sustainable change. He is also a master of Lean Assembly Cells (U-Cells) design. Various industries have already benefited from his know-how. He is our expert in custom production, various machining productions and administration of inventory and material logistic.
