Andreas Spänhoff has always been a “child of production” and has worked his way up the challenging Automotive-Business, beginning as a trainee and becoming Global Head of OPEX/Lean Management. He can demonstrably look back on numerous increases of productivity and asset optimization. Andreas has worked worldwide and has successfully introduced Lean and Production-Systems in countries like the USA, Mexico, Rumania and China. He is a true champion of Total Productive Maintenance and Shop Floor Management.
